How do I enquire about a property, land plot, or vehicle?
Every listing on PropVendor has a direct enquiry form. When you submit your name, phone number, email, and inquiry message, your request is securely routed to the listing vendor's dashboard and customer inbox. The verified vendor will follow up directly via phone or email.
Are listings physically inspected by PropVendor?
Listings are submitted by independent registered vendors, real estate agents, developers, and car dealerships. While we verify vendor registration credentials, we strictly urge all prospective buyers to conduct an independent physical inspection, vehicle diagnostic scan, and legal title search at the relevant State Lands Bureau before releasing any payment.
Does PropVendor charge buyers a fee to search or enquire?
No. Browsing listings, filtering by state, local government area, or property/vehicle category, and submitting purchase inquiries is 100% free for all prospective buyers.

What is the Free Tier listing allowance for vendors?
Registered vendors start with a Free Basic tier allowing up to 3 concurrently active listings across all categories at no charge (₦0). If you have 3 active listings, you can manage, edit, or mark them as sold, or upgrade to a VIP plan to publish unlimited listings.
How does the VIP Agent Monthly subscription work?
The VIP Agent subscription costs ₦30,000 for a 30-day period. It provides unlimited active listing slots, priority marketplace search ranking, and the official VIP Agent badge on all your listings. Subscriptions can be activated directly from your Vendor Wallet using Paystack.
How do buyer contact unlocks and lead credits work?
To protect buyer privacy and prevent spam, buyer contact details (phone number and email) are masked in your vendor dashboard. Vendors unlock leads using credits: 1 credit unlocks 1 full buyer lead. Credit packs are available in your Vendor Wallet: Starter Pack (5 credits for ₦5,000) and Pro Pack (28 credits for ₦20,000, which includes bonus credits).
What payment methods are supported on PropVendor?
All wallet top-ups, credit pack purchases, and VIP Agent subscriptions are securely processed through Paystack in Nigerian Naira (₦ NGN). We accept Nigerian Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), Bank Transfers, and USSD.

Where do I track my messages and buyer enquiries?
Vendors can view their complete enquiry history and unlocked leads inside the Vendor Dashboard and Customer Inbox (/customer-inbox/). Registered buyers can also track their inquiries through their account portal.
What should I do if a vendor requests an advance inspection fee?
Never pay any inspection fee, deposit, or commitment charge before seeing a property or vehicle in person. Report suspicious vendors immediately via our Contact Us form under "Fraud or Safety Report" or email afriabglobalventures@gmail.com.
